When registering for the Rotterdam Taekwon-Do Cup via Kihapp, all participants — competitors, coaches and referees alike — automatically agree to our terms and conditions.

There is no separate form to print, sign or bring on the day. Your registration in Kihapp serves as your electronic signature.

Here is a clear overview of what you agree to:

1. Voluntary participation & liability
   Everyone participates in their own role — as a competitor, coach or referee — on a voluntary basis. The organisation does not accept liability for personal injury, material damage or property damage of any kind during the event.
2. Health and insurance (competitors only)
   Competitors declare that they are in good health, free of contagious diseases, and have not sustained any injuries in the 4 weeks prior to the tournament. Competitors must also have sufficient accident and health insurance that covers martial arts events.
3. Media and data use
   Photos and videos taken during the event may be used by the organisation and participating clubs for websites, social media and press publications. Personal data such as name, date of birth, photo, gender, rank and height/weight will be processed and stored in Kihapp. Registration details, pool layouts and results will be published on the Kihapp website.
4. No refunds after the deadline
   No entry fees will be refunded after the registration deadline of 18 September 2026, regardless of the reason — including cancelled registrations, incorrect weight entries or injuries.

By completing the registration in Kihapp, the participant — or their parent or guardian in the case of a minor — confirms they have read, understood and agreed to all of the above. This electronic agreement replaces the need for a physical signed declaration.
